About Rockdale Mental Health was built on the idea that psychiatric care should be simple, direct, and personal. You’ll always meet with the same provider, and each session focuses on practical goals—not rushed medication changes or confusing systems. At this practice, there’s no call center or intermediary—every appointment and message is directly with Sam via secure telehealth. Evening and weekend options are available for convenience and flexibility. We provide care for adults (18+), serving individuals physically located in Washington State at the time of their appointment. Together, we address concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and mood or psychotic symptoms. ⸻ Transparent Pricing We believe quality care should also be predictable. Evaluations are $150 for 40-minute sessions, and follow-up visits are $90 for 20-minute sessions. This straightforward model keeps treatment affordable and free from insurance restrictions. ⸻ About the Provider Sam Burress, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with more than a decade of experience in diverse clinical settings. His care is practical, approachable, and focused on real-world progress. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their two English Bulldogs.
